Sweetness by Alice is truly a labor of love of Chef Alice Mudlaff. Alice attended L'Academie de Cuisine in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and graduated with distinction before working for some of the best chefs in the country. Alice has worked at Everest Restaurant in Chicago and at the Jean-Phillippe Patisserie at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. These chefs helped to foster her "flavor first" approach to baking.
